As our new Head of People you will work in strategic partnership with senior stakeholders and their respective management teams in a shared service environment to develop and deploy forward thinking People solutions that will support the delivery of the company goals and objectives for Ideagen’s presence in India.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic HR initiatives in partnership with senior management that align with business objectives and regional aspirations.
  • Craft workforce plans and organisational strategies aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
  • Lead efforts to embed our core values across the organisation, enhancing employee engagement and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with our Centres of Excellence People team to spearhead key HR projects and establish Ideagen as a top employer in the industry.
  • Drive community engagement programmes that resonate with our corporate social responsibility objectives.
  • Implement and oversee HR policies and procedures that comply with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Champion effective change management practises, optimising organisational processes and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Skills and Experience

  • Extensive experience in HR leadership, preferably in a shared services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Passionate about overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Experienced in managing HR operations across diverse geographical locations and cultures.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and its application within a corporate setting.
  • A proven track record in managing change and driving significant organisational transformations.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business dynamics.
